All registered delegates are enrolled to the main news forum. You cannot unsubscribe from this forum as this is used to post information relevant to the web site that delegates need to know about. This will include information on new courses as well as information about changes to the site.

Training Courses

123skilled.com and The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd do not guarantee the outcome of any of its training delivered remotely. We do not guarantee that individuals completing any course or programme online at this site, will be classed as competent. Competency requires assessment and most courses do not offer the option of further competence based assessment.

It is not the responsibility of 123skilled.com or The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd to make sure that a delegate has completed a course or programme - this is soley the responsibility of the delegate or their line manager or their company if appropriate.

Payment for access to a training course or programme must be cleared prior to access. If there is any problem with payment, 123skilled.com and The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd reserve the right to block access to any course, programme or this site by the delegate or delegates concerned.

Completion and Achievement of the NVQ Assessor Award

The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd does not guarantee that the candidate for the NVQ Assessor Award will achieve the award. Achievement of the NVQ Assessor Award requires the candidate to prove competence to standards laid down by the awarding body. If the evidence is not there or incomplete, the candidate will not achieve the award.

It is not the responsibility of The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd to provide the evidence of competence. Responsibility for providing the evidence of competence rests solely with the candidate. The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd provides an online training course, support and guidance to the candidate and assessment. By the candidate agreeing by signing below, to go on the NVQ Assessor Award, this does not commit The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd to guaranteeing that the candidate will achieve the award. The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd however, will make every effort to guide and support and advice the candidate towards achieving the NVQ Assessor Award.

Personal Information

The information stored on our databases is for the sole use of 123skilled.com and The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd. It may be shared with Awarding Bodies such as City & Guilds or the ILM but only where the delegate is registered for a qualification or award relating to the training course or programme they are enrolled on.

It is up to the individual delegate to update their personal profile as to whether or not they permit their personal details, email address, etc. to be seen by others. If you need help in updating your personal details, you should contact us directly.

Any person or delegates found or perceived to be abusing the personal information or anyone on this web site will be blocked from further access and no refunds will be made. In the course of some training, you may be asked to upload reports or documents, it is the responsibility of the delegate uploading the document to ensure that they have the right to upload that information and to ensure that the information contains no offensive or pornographic material.
